By accessing and using this website, the user declares that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use. If the user does not agree with any provision, we recommend that they do not use the website.

2. Purpose of the website

This website is institutional and informative. It presents the services we provide: pet health plans, veterinary appointments, animal boarding, and bathing and grooming. The website does not process payments and does not complete transactions. Services are contracted directly with our team, by phone, by email or in person at our unit.

3. Service conditions

• All services are performed by our own team at our registered address.
• Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
• Prices, plan conditions and coverage are informed directly to the client before any service is contracted.
• We do not act as an intermediary, marketplace or affiliate for third-party services.

4. Consumer rights

All contracting is governed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), including the right of withdrawal set out in article 49 for contracts entered into outside our premises.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, icons and layout, is owned by or licensed to PetSupermarket. Reproduction, distribution or unauthorised use of any content is prohibited.

6. User responsibilities
